Heading home from a Halloween party, Stephanie Oropeza, a nursing student, saw an SUV veer into the patio of an Orlando bar. She told her fiancé to stop, ran to check on the driver and called 911, dressed as a banana the whole time. The bar went looking for its 'Banana Hero' and thanked her with dinner.

Steven Lunenschloss, a 73-year-old Navy veteran, fell face-first on a Plano, Texas, sidewalk after becoming disoriented on an evening walk without his phone. A woman who said she was an Army wife asked if he was okay and ordered him an Uber home. He and his wife, Verjean, are trying to find her to say thank you.

Two Small Dogs Alone by a Welsh Roadside Made a Stranger Stop. She Saved Their Owner's Life.

Driving to the gym through Sully, in the Vale of Glamorgan, Rachel Green noticed two unattended shih-tzus, pulled over and found their owner, Alan Hale, 75, in cardiac arrest. Her CPR and a single defibrillator shock helped bring him back. The Royal Humane Society has now honored her.

ABC reporter Will Murray was at a flooded road in Morayfield, north of Brisbane, to report on flash flooding when a four-wheel drive stalled and began to sink. Ebro Ahmed, 27, was outside his family's corner store in St. Paul's Dayton's Bluff neighborhood when a middle school bus rolled past with its door open and its driver in medical distress. He jumped aboard and stopped it. All 19 students were unhurt, the school district said.
